In a few healing sessions with women I’ve called forward one aspect of myself who is the essence of the elemental force of fire, literally embodied fire, and then I’ve connected with the fire in her. This undoes her judgement & supression of anger, and allows her anger to remember itself as healthy, clear, holy loving truth fire, too.
This has alleviated joint & bone pain from places in women where they were carrying too much emotional pain, particularly anger & then judging the anger on top of it!!
Fire is good ladies!!! Holy anger & rage becomes your clear, calm & indestructible voice of truth. Your self-love.
