shame is a LIE

I am so sick of shame. What is that anyway? Somebody telling someone else that they're not ok?? WTF. Makes no sense. Somebody just gets on some soap box and starts preaching that they know the right way and that everyone else is fucked up if they don't match whatever this preacher is saying is right and heaven worthy?

Why would we not be perfect and beautiful just as we are. Really look at this. You ARE. You simply are as you are, you are who you are. Your body is the one that you are in, you're made of love, you are love, you're surrounded by love. God I am so done with judgement and shame. If your heart's beating and your soul is tingling reading this then maybe you are too. It's time we all just have a deep look at ourselves, clear the bullshit lies that we carry around shaming ourselves with now, and rise up free. C'mon!!!
