I just woke up through my usual process. Initially I feel peaceful and happy. Then it's like my mind realizes I'm awake and it starts to find some drama lol. I believe it's parts of my mind that want to protect me from success, they want to protect me from feeling potential pain or loss, so instead, my mind creates some thoughts about what I should fear today, or what I should worry about, or who is hating me at the moment, what I should feel guilty about... all of this like traps... so that it might pull me to a 'safer' miserable state. I (my own 'I am' presence) am used to my mind doing things like this... and I don't find it very interesting or appealing. Not when I know that I can also choose to access JOY within myself at all times. So I chose to not energize the self/protective fear familiar patterns... and I just do some meditation... I get up... I made a hot chocolate, a yogurt and a piece of toast... and I sat down to write this :) And it is a good morning!
We all have this same divine goodness within ourselves. We can access God / Joy / Endless Creativity through our body and consciousness.
We are natural born creators!
